Promaint Technical Works is a licensed technical and civil contractor in Dubai. The gypsum crew, the electricians, the plumbers, the tilers and the painters are employees of the same company, run from the same office, on the same programme.
The story
Built from the night shift up.
We started as the crew that would come out when nobody else would — the 2am AC failure, the ceiling coming down on a Friday. Emergency work teaches you what actually stalls a job, and it is almost never the work itself.
It is the handover: the plasterer waiting on the electrician, who works for someone else. So we hired the electricians. Then the plumbers. Then the joiners. Ten trades later, there is nobody left to wait for.
