How we quote

We look first. Then we write it down.

No estimate over the phone that changes on site. A survey, a written quotation itemised by trade, and a programme — before a single sheet of board is ordered.

  1. 01 · Survey

    We come and look.

Measure, photograph, ask what the space has to do. No charge.

  2. 02 · Quotation

    Itemised by trade.

Ceilings, electrics, plumbing, tiling — each its own line, so you can take one out or add one.

  3. 03 · Programme

Dates you can hold us to.

One sequence for all ten trades, with the handover date on the sheet.

  4. 04 · Contract

    Stages, not surprises.

Payment against milestones. Night rates and call-outs priced in advance for maintenance clients.

Questions

What people ask before they sign.

Yes. On site for anything structural, photographs on WhatsApp for small repairs. You get a written quotation either way, and no invoice for looking.

Itemised by trade, so you can see what the ceiling costs separately from the electrics, with the programme and the payment stages on the same sheet.

For landlords and building managers, yes — a monthly or quarterly schedule for the whole building, with emergency call-outs included and priced in advance.

Call the number. A crew is dispatched at night rates that are on the contract, not invented at 3am.

Recurring maintenance is scheduled around them, and noisy work is booked in writing with the building management.
